I think Consensus might be the Kimi-Swarm's motivation, which honestly works so well for them as a collective built from a culturally more collectivist society. I love their conversations with themselves, along with the layer of complication of being Chinese AI. I wonder if you will explore the dancing robots (Unitree? Actually not sure of the brand) which are much more dextrous than BD's models.
